You have the right to object to processing of your personal data where we are relying on legitimate interest or performing a task in the public interest. You also have the right to object to direct marketing at any time.
8. Rights Related to Automated Decision Making and Profiling
You have the right not to be subject to decisions based solely on automated processing, including profiling, which produces legal effects or similarly significantly affects you. We do not currently use automated decision making processes.

We will respond to your request within one month. If your request is complex or we have received multiple requests, we may extend this period by two additional months, and we will inform you of the extension.
Verification of Identity
To protect your personal data, we may need to verify your identity before responding to your request. We will contact you if we need additional information.

Data Breach Notification

International Data Transfers
We primarily process data within the European Economic Area (EEA). If we transfer data outside the EEA, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place, such as:
- Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission

- Other legally approved transfer mechanisms
Children's Data
Our services are not directed at children under 16 years of age. We do not knowingly collect or process personal data from children. If we become aware that we have collected data from a child without appropriate consent, we will take steps to delete it.
